The Pec Fly provides a superior chest and rear delt workout all in the comfort of one machine. With two hand-padded hand positions, easily switch from working out your chest to destroying your rear delts. Easily adjustable seats to accommodate height and body position. Don't forget about the conveniently located cup holder to hold all your workout drinks!
