Shipping policy

At Befitnow Canada, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery of your orders.

Shipping Locations:
We offer USA wide shipping. Exceptions may apply


Shipping Methods:
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. The shipping method used will depend on the size, weight, and destination of the package. We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options.  All standard shipping options for any order over $2,000 will be curbside. The driver will not place the goods inside the room of your choice. Please note if you refuse the delivery you will be responsible for all fees incurred

Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 2-10 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time:
The estimated shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or during busy periods.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, so keep an eye out for any ongoing offers. Please note there will be exceptions for promotions regarding "Free Shipping". Additional charges will apply if you are located in a location where the carrier considers "remote" or a beyond point. You will be contacted by email regarding the additional charge where you will have the option to pay the difference or cancel the order.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to be updated after receiving the email.

Delivery Issues:
In the rare event that your package is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.
